Dreamy eyes open across a pillow top,
It seems for this moment time will stop,
A frozen moment without stain.
Your body close to mine,
Our hearts beat in time,
With a smile of simple pleasure,
This moment should last forever.

Your Presence
Your Presence around is
Like a golden sparkle on the tip of a rose
Fragrance in the Air,
The tingle of your fingertip like a phrase spoken in silence
Seeing myself in your eyes and smiling like a newly wedded bride
Waking up in the morning to see you by my side
Seeking my horizon at the ridge, seeing you in the midnight under the blanket of moonlight
Holding your hand, I fall asleep
You stroke my soul, succumbing to the numbness that surround my heart...."
I wake up from the dream
And then I begin to sing
Not just the words
But the tear and the Pain....
Was that dream better or the one I see today
Or is it just different
As everybody Say?
Like a golden sparkle on the tip of a rose
Fragrance in the Air,
The tingle of your fingertip like a phrase spoken in silence
Seeing myself in your eyes and smiling like a newly wedded bride
Waking up in the morning to see you by my side
Seeking my horizon at the ridge, seeing you in the midnight under the blanket of moonlight
Holding your hand, I fall asleep

I wake up from the dream
And then I begin to sing
Not just the words
But the tear and the Pain....
Was that dream better or the one I see today
Or is it just different
As everybody Say?
Lines... My worded thoughts
With no words except "I don't know" I failed to say anything to u but this is the time when I wish that u can listen to my heart .. SPEAK....
" A girl who was reasonably bright, recognized as Butterfly, who used to dream high , one day , that one day fell apart....
She trusted someone with all her heart and married him with a dreams in her eyes and hope in her heart, one day fell apart...
He said " U r a big ZERO" and those words were scarred there to not to go and it rips her apart even today and this girl, in bits and pieces each day falls apart......
People said that she is not willing to let go my past but once shattered, this life takes lifetime to get together......

Memories

YERCAUD :- A nice place for a short Break…
Long weekend. Friday adding value to your Saturday and Sunday. Waste no time, pack a light bag with a pair of track shoes, 2 jeans, a light woolen and a few cents…
Where are we planning to spend this weekend? Ooty, Simla or Nanital? How about Yercaud? YERCAUD?? Never heard about it. Where is it? Sounds like a small village to me! If that is what you are thinking about this untouched hill station, than its time you make your imagination go places!!
Commonly called “ Poor Man’s Ooty”, Yercaud is placed in the heart of Tamil Nadu and you can cover the distance from Bangalore in 4-5 hours by road. 1515 meters above sea level is Yercaurd, 333 sq. km in extent. The maximum temperature is 29 Celsius. The population is 32,746 and most of the people are tribal. It takes an hour of negotiating 20 adventurous hair-pin bends to reach the peak.
There one enters Yercaud and you get to see bright smiles on the faces of localities and a spark in their eyes to see tourists, (and if you happen to be turbaned Sikhs, it makes it worth watching their expressions.)
One of the important places is the Pagoda point. The Pagoda Point is so known because a number of pyramid-like structures abound here. The locals believe in Anjaneya temple’s powers and people’s devotion in it. One can get a full view of Salem from here. One can go boating for Rs.20. The one kilometer lake is surrounded by trees all round. To make it more attractive, they have made a small amusement park as well. Yercaud is less expensive than other tourist destinations and is preferred by people who want to spend less and relax more. By car, the expense is Rs.400 only, for a full tour of Yercaud. Tamilnadu Hotel offers rooms at very economical rates,” And if you enjoy taking long walks, than all you need to do is wake up at 5:00 am and with your sports shoes on, just let yourself go for a quite walk. All that you need to keep in mind is, the name of your resort. (I lost my way back to the resort and managed it back with the help of locals there).
What if Yercaud is called “ Poor man’s Ooty”, if one is able to enjoy a lovely weekend and pay less for it, are we going to call it a bad Bargain??

Rohan: I think so. All of my friends have girlfriends and we are only

life.
Jasmine: Yes I don't know what to do?
Rohan: I know! Let's play one game.
Jasmine: What game?
Rohan: I'll be your boy friend for the coming 30 days and you will be my girl friend.
Jasmine: That sounds great!
DAY 1:
They watch their first movie and they both got touched by the romantic film.
DAY 3:
They went to the beach togethar as Jasmine had not seen a beach and always dreampt of walking on th beach with someone special. Rohan and Jasmine walked together for hours and felt close..
DAY 10:
Rohan invited Jasmine to an amusement park and they rode on a Dragon. Jasmine was scared and she wanted to hold Rohan's hand but she touched someone else's hand and they both laughed.
DAY 13:
They saw a fortune teller down the road and they asked for their
future and the fortune teller said: "My darling, Please don't
waste the time of your life. Spend the rest of your time together
happily".
DAY 19:
Jasmine invited Rohan to go to the hill and they walked up and down the hill and enjoyed nature's beauty togethar. Rohan closed his eyes and prayed!
DAY 23:
Jasmine and Rohan were driving down the bumpy road when Jasmine gave her first kiss to Rohan by accident.
DAY 29:
9:00 pm
Jasmine and Rohan were sitting in their car where they first decided to play this game.
Rohan: I'm tired Jasmine . Do you want any Ice cream ? I'll buy you one.
Jasmine: I would love that but please let me buy it for you this time.
Jasmine: Wait for me here. I will buy it for us and join you here.
Jasmine took a long time to return and Rohan started getting worried for her.
20 minutes later, a stranger approached Rohan.
Stranger: Are you a friend of Jasmine?
Rohan: yes? Who are you? Why are you asking me that?
Stranger: A reckless drunk driver ran over Jasmine and she is critical in the hospital.
Late that night:
The doctor stepped out of the ICU and he handed out a letter.
Doctor: We found this in Jasmine's pocket
Rohan reads the letter and it says:
Rohan, these past few days, I realized you are a really nice person and I have really fallen for you. Your smile, your touch, your fragrance, your everything when we were together.
Before this game would end I would like you to be my boy friend for the rest of my life.
I love you Rohan.
Rohan crumples the paper and tears rolled down his cheeks:
"Jasmine ! I don't want you to die. I love you. Remember that night when
we went to that hill and I prayed , I prayed that I wish we would be
together forever and never end this game. Please don't leave me
Jasmine. I love you!
Jasmine's heart stopped pumping.
IT WAS THE 30TH DAY.
Show your loved ones how you feel for them before it is too late. You will never know when they will be gone from your embrace. Tell them how much you love them while they are around you.
So if you love someone, tell them. If you have it hidden in your heart just say it You are reducing the beautiful time of your life.
Your life is decreasing day by day, by one day per day.
This one day could have been better if you would have been together.
So just go for it.
Is loving someone and showing him/her how you feel for them so difficult?

Unleashed Words - A writer's Imagnation
My husband is a Chartered Accountant by profession, I love him for his steady nature, and I love the warm feeling when I lean against his broad shoulders and when he holds me in his strong arms.
I am a sentimental woman and extremely sensitive when it comes to relationships and my feelings, I yearn for the romantic moments, like a little girl yearning for candy. My husband is my complete opposite, his lack of sensitivity, and the inability of bringing romantic moments into our marriage has disheartened me .
One day, I finally decided to tell him my decision, that I wanted a divorce.
"Why?" he asked, shocked.
"I am tired, there are no reasons for everything in the world!" I answered.
He kept silent the whole night. My feeling of disappointment only increased; here was a man who can't even express his quandary, what else can I hope from him? And finally he asked me:
"What can I do to change your mind?"
Looking deep into his eyes I slowly answered: " Here is a question, if you can answer and convince my heart, I will change my mind, Let's say, I want a flower located on the face of a mountain cliff, and we both are sure that picking the flower will cause your death, will you do it for me??" He said" I will give u your answer tomorrow..."
My hopes just sank by listening to his response. I woke up the next morning to find him gone, and saw a piece of paper with his scratchy handwriting, underneath a milk glass, on the dining table , that goes...........
"My dear, I would not pick that flower for you, but please allow me to explain the reasons ...
This first line was already breaking my heart. I continued reading.
When you use the computer you always mess up the software programs, and u cry in front of the screen, I have to save my fingers so that I can help to restore the programs.
You always leave the house keys behind, thus I have to save my legs to rush home to open the door for you.
You love traveling but always lose your way in a new city; I have to save my eyes to show you the way.
You always have the cramps whenever your good friend approaches every month; I have to save my palms so that I can calm the cramps in your tummy.
You always stare at the computer, and that will do nothing good for your eyes, I have to save my eyes so that when we grow old, I can help to clip your nails, and help to remove those annoying white hairs. So I can hold your hand while strolling down the beach, as you enjoy the sunshine and the beautiful sand....and tell you the color of flowers, just like the color of the glow on your face......
Thus, my dear, unless I am sure that there is someone who loves you more than I do....I could not pick that flower yet, and die.....".
My tears fell on the letter, and blurred the ink of his handwriting.......and as I continued on reading....
I rushed to pull open the door, and saw his anxious face, clutching tightly with his hands, the milk and bread.....
Now I am very sure that no one will ever love me as much as he does, and I have decided to leave the flower ..........
That's life, and love. When one is surrounded by love, the feeling of excitement fades away, and one tends to ignore the true love that lies in between the peace and dullness...
Love shows up in all forms, even very small and cheeky forms, it has never been a model, it could be the most dull and boring form....
Flowers, and romantic moments are only used and appear on the surface of the relationship.
Under all this, the pillar of true love stands....and that's our....... Love, not words win arguments.............

Nirvana
Before I fall asleep,
Let me touch the sky,
Shed the skin, the pain,
Petals await the flower....
Let me touch the sky,
Shed the skin, the pain,
Petals await the flower....
Is that You!
I see you smile across the phone,
I smell the musk of your cologne,
I feel the moisture of your hair,
Hello! Is anybody there?
I smell the musk of your cologne,
I feel the moisture of your hair,
Hello! Is anybody there?

God's Chosen One!
Sukhmani was born in a very simple sikh close knit family. Before her, Sukhmani 's parents were blessed with another daughter who is 2 years elder to her. Sukhmani was born weak and fragile where the doctors made all possible efforts to keep her live. She had nice sharp features but there was more than that which guided her future.... She had dark complexion...
Sukhmani was loved and pampered like any other child and her parents were always very proud of her. As she was growing u, she came across many people, most of them who called her " Kaali Bili" ( Black Cat) , Skinny girl etc. She was at the impressionable age and these constant remarks creaped in her the inferiority complex. Sukhmani 's father used to call her sweetheart, a girl with a golden heart but that always proved weak in front of the remarks that she heard each time she stepped out of her house. Sukhmani was considered a misfit...
It was a fine Sunday morning and the family was invited for a family function. Sukhmani was 12 then. She choose the best dress from her closet and was happy to see herself looking nice. She enjoyed her day with cousins but never gathered the courage to see herself in the same mirror as her cousins or others. The day went fine but there was something waiting for her. Her aunt who had not met her for years came and as a matter of fact remarked: Yeh Kaali Billi aap key ghar kaisey paida ho gai" (How come his black cat got birth in your family? Is this blacky your daughter?) Sukhmani 's parents were angry but helpless. Was snapping back the solution? They were proud of Sukhmani and with head high said “YES”. But this incidence got a very negative effect on that little girl. She sobbed the entire night and the cup of sorrow kept overflowing with each passing day.
Sukhmani was a fighter. She called her smile , her strength. Sukhmani was an average student but always a very hard worker. She was recognized as butterfly by some of her teachers. But the attitude, with which her fellow students treated her, pulled her down... She started remaining sick. She wanted to avoid going to school. She became irritated and took solace in running from the situation. She changed schools in hope of being accepted. But that was not the correct path. The frequent change of schools brought her down academically. Sukhmani had turned 19. She saw her friends enjoying the company of boys and she was the left one out. She did not discuss it with her parents and this complex of not being a part of the group kept growing stronger....
But one fine day life looked down at this girl and smiled! Sukhmani got through journalism honors in College and studied very hard and stood 3rd in the college. She had a reason to smile and laugh. She laughed a lot.... Danced a lot..... Painted a lot...... She looked in the eye of the other person and lived those 4 years.
Sukhmani was growing with each passing day. She had turned 23. She got herself a decent job which played a major role in bringing back the lost confidence. Sukhmani believed that she has to hold her head high to the positive attitude which her parents / her job gave her.
Sumeet was Sukhmani 's junior in school but they were never friends. She met Sumeet after 12 years at her work place. He recognized her and they started talking. Sumeet always respected Sukhmani and often used to compliment her about the way she carried herself off and spoke to other. As time passed, Sukhmani and Sumeet talked about exploring their lives together. It was a relation where more than anything else it was respect for one another. They were happy.
That evening Sumeet called up Sukhmani saying that he was feeling low and Sukhmani should not go out of station for her work assignment. They spoke for an hour that evening and as this assignments could not be postponed, Sukhmani left Delhi by the morning flight for a week.
It was 18th May 8:30 am. Sukhmani was sleeping when she received a call on her mobile. It showed ‘Sumeet Calling’. To her surprise there was this strange voice from the other end and a lot of crying and noise in the background. This person asked Sukhmani if she knows Sumeet? 'Yes, Sumeet is my buddy. What happened? Where is he? Who are you? Sukhmani asked this stranger! The stranger in a panicked voice responded" Please come and inform his family. This young boy has met with a serious accident and we are taking him to the hospital. Sukhmani was shocked. She was far off. She did not know what to do. She wanted to keep talking to this stranger about Sumeet. But he disconnected the call. Sukhmani knew that things were very serious. She called up sumeets parents and informed them about the accident. She told them that nothing was serious and that they should reach the hospital soon.
Sukhmani was shattered. She could not return immediately. Sumeet was serious. Sukhmani asked her parents to keep her informed of Sumeet's state. Sumeet did not survive that accident....
Sukhmani did not speak to anyone nor did she react to anything. She choose to hide herself from the world. She was QUITE.
Year passed and her parents along with Sumeet's wanted to see Sukhmani married. Sukhmani was married. She decided to move on. Sukhmani believed that when one expects a lot and when things don’t turn the way one wants them to, that leads to pain , but at the same time when one does not expect anything from life, that makes us no less than an insensitive hard hearted person... So not expecting much from life but accepting a reasonable person who marries her not because he needs/has to marry but because he wants to marry and believes in the beauty and responsibility of this relation, she said Yes. She wanted a person who understands what goes to cultivate this relation and who could work along with her to grow this relation with each day in a stronger bond. Yes Sukhmani was prepared to dream with open eyes for a nice family, for her marriage was a very sacred thing and she believed that whatever may come, she has to give herself completely to live this new relation she is entering.
Was this the beginning of a happy start for Sukhmani?
The family Sukhmani got married in, had portrayed false picture to them. Sukhmani soon realized what was in stored for her. But her hope and belief that nothing worse can happen to her now did not let her talk about the facts to her parents. Sukhmani was beaten up for the first time by her husband when one day (after 1 week) of her marriage she was asked to get the car for them. And then this beating had no end to it. Was hit / kicked by everyone on her tummy and slapping was considered very normal to them. Her married life started unfolding. Her husband started demanding materialistic things from her. Sukhmani 's parents had arranged the wedding beyond their capability to see their daughter happy. Sukhmani could not ask for more. She accepted her fate. She feared being thrown out. She feared the word Divorced....
Sukhmani gave all her earnings in the name of her husband. She bought a car if that could save the marriage. That was the suicidal mistake Sukhmani did. Her fear/her complex made her so weak that she took all the humiliation in the hands of her husband. Sukhmani was confined to one room where she was beaten up and was allowed to leave that room to go to kitchen for cooking and to go to the washroom. (literally) .
Yes Sukhmani was God's Chosen one. She knew what life means to her. What destiny is! Had it been an imagination of a writer, he would have ended his story with "Sukhmani committing suicide" but this is Sukhmani 's life and she believed in walking again after each fall ;though crippled!
Sukhmani was pregnant. She was happy. She felt that heartbeat inside. Her baby was there in this world breathing in her. She had a reason to smile. Sukhmani was kicked on, beaten up with rods. Her in-laws never wanted her. They wanted to get her husband married to someone else. They had got what they wanted from this marriage. But Sukhmani never left the hand of HOPE.
She was 1 month pregnant when she felt severe pain and on requesting to take her to the doctors, was not paid attention to. She was not allowed to talk to her parents either. She was allowed to talk to them in the presence of her in-laws so that she could not tell them anything.
September 29th 2005. That night was very difficult. Sukhmani was grieving with pain. She fainted and revived many times that night and was finally taken to the hospital the next morning. Sukhmani was half conscious. She was being wheeled in the operation theater. The child had died sometime last night and Sukhmani suffered ectopic pregnancy. The doctors told her parents and her husband that they cannot guarantee anything. They cannot say if Sukhmani will come out live. The operation lasted some hours and Sukhmani was saved but the doctors had to remove one of her fallopian tubes. She was poisoned.
The hope ripped to peaces. She wanted to see her husband. The same man who never loved her. He left her and went abroad. Sukhmani was brought back home by her parents who came to know about the whole reality than. Sukhmani was in depression. She never spoke again. Her eyes were dried of tears. She was taken to all possible doctors, all Gurudwaras’ everywhere. She wanted to hold on that marriage. She had lost all her self esteem, her balance. Her parents could not see their daughter dying. The doctors recommended that she should be allowed to go to the house of her husband when he returns and warn them not to touch her.
Police, dowry case, jail...these words never crossed Sukhmani 's mind. Her parents wanted to complain but Sukhmani never supported this thought. She was clinging on to the dead relation. She went back and that was her last day in her in-laws house. Sukhmani 's hands were tied up and she was being dragged to the kitchen to be burnt alive. Where was GOD? She fainted and opened her eyes next morning to see herself in a small room of hospital.
She did not remember what happened to her. She was crying Mummy Papa! Her parents were not in Delhi. Sukhmani did not remember any phone number any name. She was in pain. Yes Sukhmani was to live. Her parents were contacted and she was brought home. Sukhmani was very serious. She was in I.C.U .
She had lost the hold on life. She was left way back. 14 months! She did not know when it was morning and when night. For her it was vacuum. She could see tears in her parents eyes and she remembered relatives visiting her house. She was taken to Reiki classes, meditation classes... but nothing worked.
Remember Sukhmani was God's chosen one! She stood back. She knew that it would not be easy for her but she gathered the courage to stand again. It was difficult but she did get a job.
But did she had a choice? No! Life says live, but why can life not be slightly easy?.... Why does life ( That Power) spots her out and pulls her down and asks her to stand yet again .... But Sukhmani is TIRED Now. Sukhmani does not want to be
" GOD'S CHOSEN ONE"
